रञ्जनप्रसाद कोईरालाको कैद सजाय घटाउने गरी सर्वोच्च अदालतले गरेको फैसला उपर सर्वोच्च रुपकै विरोध हुँदा सो विरोध थेग्न नसकि शुक्रबार दर्ता भएको पुनरावलोकन निवेदनलाई आईतबार पेशीमा राखेर पुनरावलोकनको अनुमति दिँदै कमीकमजोरीहरु विधि र प्रक्रियाबाट सच्चिने भनि विज्ञप्ती निकाल्न समेत सर्वोच्च अदालत विवश भयो । यस आधारबाट हेर्दा शक्ति र सामर्थ्यको हिसाबले मात्रै सर्वोच्च चल्ने र उसको भन्दा बढी शक्ति एवं सामर्थ्य भएकाको विरोध आए ऊ तुरुन्त गल्ने देखियो । यसले प्रश्न जन्माएको छ, शक्ति एवं सामर्थ्य नभएकाहरुको मुद्दा पुनरावलोकन कहिले हुने ?
